Yes. We bulk bill all patients who hold a valid Medicare card for standard GP consultations.
If you don’t have a Medicare card, you’re still very welcome to attend our clinic; however, consultation fees will apply.
Please note that some services, such as procedures, medicals, or consultations related to insurance or compensation claims (including WorkCover and TAC), may incur additional fees. If there are any costs associated with your appointment, our reception team will discuss these with you beforehand.
If you have any questions about fees or Medicare eligibility, please don’t hesitate to contact our friendly reception team.
Yes. For your convenience, appointments can be booked online at any time through our website using our secure online booking system.
If you can’t find a suitable appointment time or require an urgent appointment, please call our reception team and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Repeat prescriptions require a consultation with your GP to ensure your medication remains safe and appropriate for your current health needs.
For many ongoing medications, a Telehealth appointment may be a convenient option to obtain your repeat prescription, provided it is clinically appropriate. Your GP will advise whether a Telehealth consultation is suitable for your circumstances.
You can book either an in-person or Telehealth appointment online or by contacting our friendly reception team.
Standard appointments are typically 15 minutes and are suitable for discussing one or two health concerns.
If you have multiple concerns, require a medical assessment, care plan, procedure, mental health consultation, or a longer discussion, we recommend booking a long appointment. This allows your GP enough time to provide thorough care.
If you’re unsure which appointment type to book, our reception team will be happy to help.
Yes. We offer Telehealth consultations for eligible patients where clinically appropriate.
To access Telehealth services, your initial appointment with our clinic must be a face-to-face consultation. To remain eligible for ongoing Telehealth appointments, you will also need to have attended the clinic for a face-to-face consultation with one of our GPs within the previous 12 months.
Telehealth is suitable for many follow-up appointments, including discussing test results, repeat prescriptions, referrals, and the ongoing management of chronic health conditions. Some medical concerns will still require a face-to-face appointment so your GP can perform a physical examination.
If you’re unsure whether your appointment is suitable for Telehealth, please contact our friendly reception team, who will be happy to assist.
Yes. We provide childhood immunisations in accordance with the National Immunisation Program.
Keeping your child’s vaccinations up to date is one of the most effective ways to protect them from serious infectious diseases. Our doctors and nurses are happy to discuss the recommended vaccination schedule and answer any questions you may have.
Appointments can be booked online or by contacting our reception team.
